The Two Sides (2007): Wanna Know My Name? Later

Story
Although included in "The Two Sides", this song actually was conceived some years prior to creating it, and had nothing to do with the whole disc's concept.

In the year 2004, I found a website about glitches of the Pokémon games, which was called the "Message Bored" (a pun to 'message board'). The administrator of the site was one guy with the nickname, "White Cat". I created my user, and since I didn't want anyone to know my real name, I created it as "Wanna Know My Name? Later".

I contributed with the site, until it was taken down. I still remember it, though, as I had a wonderful time there. The site, now inoperative, can be found here: http://bored.kary.ca

The lyrics tell this story: how I created the username, the story around it, and how it all happened. After creating the concept of "The Two Sides", I had to fit it somehow.

The first take, a simple one, can be found in the "A few words" bonus disc. An final, alternative take can be found also there.

Concept
After the soul presented to us in "The Third Side" becomes a human being, he lives a normal life, and everything that's told in the song happens to him. He creates the nickname, goes to the Message Bored, and all of that. My story, is passed into him, into this section of his life, which is a happy, normal life, for now.

Lyrics

I was one day surfing in the web,
something atracted my attention there.
I went to Google com, inserted some keywords,
and the results were fantastic, my boy.

I entered a chat, that was amazing man,
it was called the "Message Bored".
And I wanted to post, yeah, but I needed a nickname,
this one came up to my mind and I said, "Hooray!".

Wanna Know My Name? Later...
Wanna Know My Name? Later...
Wanna Know My Name? Later...
Wanna Know My Name? Later...
Wanna Know My Name? Later, oh, yeah, Wanna Know My Name?
Wanna Know My Name? Later, oh, yeah, Wanna Know My Name?
Wanna Know My Name? Later, oh, yeah, Wanna Know My Name?
Wanna Know My Name? Later, oh, yeah, Wanna Know My Name? Later, later, late.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.

Then the site was ruined, actually was hacked,
"I need to run, far, far away."
I found some many sites, created my own mine,
Inserted many glitches, I.

Everybody loved me, everybody wanted me,
But I just had to dissapear.
I went to other sites, stayed a while there,
And my nickname in those was the same.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.

Do you want to know my name?
Do you want it or want to guess?
I'll never tell you, that's my business.
Hide the name forever.
And ever, and ever, and ever...

But I still used it and it was fine,
nobody could guess my name.
I felt bad of myself, I never told them, hey,
White Cat, please, forgive me, yes.

My nickname will be forever,
it and me will stay together.
Wanna Know My Name?, don't leave me, yes.
Because I'm yourself and you're myself.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.

Wanna Know My Name?
Wanna Know My Name?
